We’re Proud to Win the UKWA Customer Partnership Award with Costa Coffee
We’re delighted to share that we have won the UKWA Customer Partnership Award alongside Costa Coffee.
The award recognises the strength of a relationship that has grown far beyond a traditional customer and supplier arrangement, evolving into a partnership built around shared goals and a genuine commitment to helping each other succeed.
Over the years, our role has expanded alongside Costa’s business. What began as a warehousing and distribution operation has developed into a broader supply chain partnership that supports international logistics, vending solutions and new routes to market. As Costa has evolved, we have continued to adapt with them, ensuring the supply chain remains aligned with changing business needs.
A key reason this partnership has been recognised is for the way both teams work together. Rather than operating at arm’s length, we always stay closely connected to all of our customers, taking a progressive approach to planning, problem-solving and identifying opportunities. That partnership has enabled Costa to bring new initiatives to market while maintaining the high standards customers expect from the brand.
The award entry highlighted several examples of this in action. We supported the successful rollout of a new product, helping create the operational processes needed to launch within a demanding timeframe. We have also played an important role in supporting Costa’s expansion into airline catering, while continuing to strengthen supply chain support for international markets.
What makes us particularly proud is that this recognition reflects the people behind the partnership. From operational teams on site to those involved in planning and customer management, there has always been a shared belief that the best results come from working together and finding better ways to support the customer. The relationship extends beyond day-to-day activity, with teams from both organisations regularly engaging through site visits, events and recognition initiatives.
