9 Years of RoSPA Gold: A Culture Built on Care, Compliance, and Consistency

Safety Built Into the Way We Work

For us, health and safety isn’t a back-office function, it’s a pillar of how we operate through the core of our operations.

We’re proud to share that we’ve been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award for the ninth consecutive year.

This recognition doesn’t happen by chance. Behind every year of RoSPA Gold is the day-to-day work of our teams across the business, embedding safe practices, supporting one another, and consistently striving to improve. We are pleased to showcase the hard work of our colleagues, who care about doing things properly, for our people and our customers.

“Following an exceptionally busy 2024 involving the ongoing integration of HT Safety Net from our previous paperwork-based H&S management system, I am proud to announce that we have successfully maintained our Health and Safety standards by achieving the ‘RoSPA Gold Award’ for another consecutive year. This marks an impressive achievement of nine consecutive years with this recognition, truly reflecting the dedication and commitment of the entire team.

I would like to extend a massive thank you to our site Health and Safety Managers for their invaluable assistance and for providing the necessary evidence to support our RoSPA submission. Additionally, I want to acknowledge our Operational Management Teams for their unwavering support in driving the improvement of compliance standards across our sites.

This accomplishment is a great team effort, and I look forward to continuing our journey of excellence in health and safety together”. – Chris Coulson, Health & Safety Manager.

Part of a Bigger Picture

Health and Safety is one of our four Operational Pillars, forming the foundation of how we deliver operational excellence.

This achievement supports the wider goals of our business, ensuring safe, high-performing operations, building trust with customers, and creating a workplace where people feel supported and protected. We are proud to be working toward a sustainable culture where health and safety is understood, lived, and valued.
