We Are Now a Licensed Customs Broker

Strengthening Our End to End Global Logistics Service

Our International team in Sunbury is now fully certified as a customs broker, meaning we have the authority to act directly on behalf of importers and exporters throughout the customs clearance process. This is a significant step forward in our mission to deliver mutual value for our customers.

What does this mean?

We now have the legal capability to manage the full customs process in-house including:

  • Preparing and submitting export declarations, with imports due to follow in 2026
  • Verifying HS classifications and commodity codes
  • Calculating duties and taxes
  • Submitting invoice, origin certificates and licenses
  • Managing inspections, holds or additional checks
  • Communicating directly with customs officers on behalf of clients
  • Maintaining full compliance records

Previously, these activities relied on external brokers and now have full control.
