Howard Tenens Swindon Expands

Howard Tenens’ Swindon Depot at Europa Park is celebrating a further expansion of the site. The purchase of approximately 95,000 ft2 of extra facilities, 75,000 ft2 of warehouse and 20,000 ft2 of office space, now brings the total of the Europa Park site to approximately 845,000 ft2.     The purchase was in response to a growing demand from Howard Tenens’ Swindon based customers for extra space and also the acquisition of new tenants eager to capitalise on Howard Tenens’ vast experience and pro-active attitude. Divisional Director Matt Bibb said “This is another step in the right direction for Howard Tenens. The expansion of our faculties at Europa Park will mean we will be able to keep on providing our quality service and flexible terms to customers as and when they require it.”  Howard Tenens' exciting new warehouse acquisition seen here highlighted in red Howard Tenens Swindon is currently is the process of relocating various customers who have out grown their current facilities and need to be moved to larger ones within Europa Park which is owned by the Group. This is not a simple task but has been made easier by careful planning and foresight as well utilising the experience of not only the Swindon management team but from a variety of other sources across the Group.
