The work commenced on the latest phase of the Sharpness development in May this year.
Ikon Construction have been appointed to build a new 75,000 ft2 warehouse which will be complete in September of this year. This construction is on the back of new contract wins for Sharpness which will ensure our existing facilities are fully occupied. Steve Francis, who is responsible for the Sharpness site, is currently talking to a number of customers in relation to their storage requirements and we would hope to have filled this unit by the time it is complete. Sharpness continues to provide the Group with the opportunity to expand and we have further consent for 250,000 ft2, which we will look to develop over the next 2 - 3 years.
