Four new Mercedes Benz 2546, 6x2 tractor units have entered service with the London Transport Operation,
these are already showing improved MPG over the replaced MAN and have been readily accepted by the drivers. Two of these vehicles will sport a combined UPM Kymmene / Howard Tenens logo. Smoking Ban London was first off the mark with a complete smoking ban in / on company vehicles. The whole Group followed suit as of 1 June 2006. |
