Howard Tenens is proud to announce that work has started on the construction of a 40,000 sq ft warehouse facility on the Tenens Way site at Boston. This is due for completion at the end of June 2008 and will bring the total warehousing space owned by the Group in excess of 2 million sq ft.

On the environmental side the facility will be an open water retainment area for all roof water run off before entering local drainage network; this has been achieved with the co-operation of the local Witham Forth Drainage Board. Further environmental enhancements will be the seeding of the open banks and planting of special aquatic friendly underwater cover.
