The company has interests in hotel sites in both Oxford and Wiltshire. There are also a number of development schemes carried out in joint partnership with Oxford based builders, Builders Ede Ltd. Current partnership schemes include Abingdon Marina in Oxfordshire; Fernham Gate in Faringdon, Oxfordshire; and Longfords Mill in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

Longfords Mill involves the complete renovation of extensive listed mill buildings along with the construction of a number of new homes. In total the site consists of in excess of 100 homes with a small element of commercial offices. This project has been seven years in development and its success has involved a number of official organisations including English Heritage and British Waterways.
