Howard Tenens at Swindon has ISO 9001 accreditation for logistics. Following an assessment by an independent organisation, Tenens Ltd have been successful in achieving ISO 9001 Certification.

This is achieved through quality management at all levels, a high level of communication between depots and head office and continuous discussions with the customer.  All our customers undertake their own quality audits of our facilities, systems and people and Howard Tenens has passed every inspection. 

Approach to Training and Development
Howard Tenens constantly reviews all staff via a series of appraisals.  These appraisals will flag up any requirements of further training needed.  The Group Human Resources Department in conjunction with the Directors formulate a comprehensive training plan for all personnel at the start of each year thus ensuring a controlled approach to the continuous development of our staff is taken.
